It’s that time of the year again and phone leaks are starting to come out now that we’re just about a month away from MWC Barcelona. The most intriguing of those are the rumoured leaks about the Samsung Galaxy S20 lineup and the Huawei P40 range.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 is rumoured to come with three variants, all supporting 5G. The most expensive will be the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G. All the models are said to sport a 120hz screen, Exynos 990 chip and 128GB of internal storage, with the Ultra model having an option for 512GB.
But the more interesting rumours are about the cameras. The two cheaper models are said to have a 64MP telephoto lens, a 12MP main camera and 12MP ultrawide lenses. The Ultra model and the middle model, the Plus, will both have ToF lenses, but only the Ultra will have a whopping 108MP main lens.
It doesn’t stop there, however. The front camera for the Ultra model is said to be a 40MP wide lens. Better make sure you look really good before taking a photo that sharp.
There are plenty of rumours about Huawei’s upcoming P40 lineup as well. It’s said that Huawei will have 3 phones in this range as well, with the most expensive being the P40 Pro Premium. It’s said that the P40 Pro Premium will have 10x optical zoom capabilities in addition to the ultra-wide and macro lenses.
The P40 will apparently have a 52MP main sensor, 40MP cine camera and an 8MP telephoto lens. We won’t be able to know which rumours are true until the brands unveil the phones, but we’re definitely excited!
