Everybody wants more productivity, so let’s take a look at how two creatives, Dee Kosh and Oz Titus Hong, find their inspiration and how their tools are important instruments in their work.

Dee is a YouTuber and describes his work of seeing what goes on in the world and translating that into a video as requiring plenty of creative juice, as well as having a lot of pressure time-wise.

Titus, on the other hand, does design consulting and values originality and quality first and foremost. The Asus ZenBook Pro Duo UX581’s vibrant colours and big screen appeals to Titus thanks to the portability factor. Being able to work on projects immediately with a client instead of having to waste valuable time travelling back and forth between the office and meetings is a game-changer for the time-strapped Titus.

The YouTube landscape has also moved forward in quality, according to Dee. Videos in 320p or 720p won’t do well and the minimum quality is now 1080p with 4K being ideal, for creators to really be successful.

Dee’s first thoughts about the Asus ZenBook Pro Duo was that the ScreenPad Plus was gimmicky, but once he started using it, he was blown away by how powerful a tool it was for content creation. He likened having the laptop to having four arms, being able to edit videos, audio and more right on the laptop. He laughs, “now I’m literally working 24/7!”

Thinking about how they connect to the laptop on a personal level, Titus immediately talks about the speed which his life runs at, comparing it to the snappy performance of the ZenBook Pro Duo. He also muses that he wants the quality of his life, time and work to be just as good as the build quality of the laptop.

Dee talks about the multi-tasking capability of the laptop and compares it against his own; he can be on live radio, looking at the screen for the next song while telling his co-DJ a story, all while texting someone else. If that isn’t impressive, we don’t know what is!
