Huawei Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro: Our early impressions

Huawei’s latest flagship smartphones impress with their selection of premium features, including a new ultra-wide Leica lens, the latest Kirin 980 chipset, as well as reverse wireless charging (for the Mate 20 Pro). Here are our quick thoughts of the handsets so far.


The Huawei Mate 20 (128GB/6GB RAM) and Mate 20 Pro (128GB/6GB RAM) will debut in Singapore on 27 October at S$998 and S$1,348, respectively. The Mate 20 will come in Midnight Blue and Black while the Mate 20 Pro will be available in Emerald Green, Twilight and Black.
