Leica CL Review: Our Updated Take for 2019 with More Lenses!

Updated: Aug 18, 2021

We reviewed the Leica CL back when it first launched in November 2017. Now about a year and a little later, we are taking a look at the CL again, but this time, with a wider variety of lenses and even adapting the CL to use a Summicron-M 50mm F/2!

So how does the CL hold up after a year or so, and how does it perform, given its APS-C sensor? Is this the Leica for you? *The Summicron-M 50 F/2 acts more like a 75mm when paired with the Leica CL using the Leica M-Adapter-L.

*Apologies for the wind noise, it was real windy that day.
