YouTuber MrBeast has apologised after fans criticised a three-day event at Resorts World Las Vegas, calling it a "horrible" experience.

The influencer, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, said the event "definitely isn't the experience we hoped they'd deliver" and promised to make it up by inviting affected attendees to his studio.
The MrBeast Experience was promoted as an immersive event featuring exclusive games, a themed menu, and mystery bags with limited edition merchandise. One bag was said to contain a USD 10,000 gift voucher.
Tickets for the event cost USD 1,000, but attendees said they were left disappointed and demanded refunds.
On Tuesday, a group of frustrated fans confronted Resorts World Las Vegas CEO Alex Dixon, asking for their money back.
Many guests said they spent most of the event waiting in their hotel rooms for their mystery bags, only to receive underwhelming items.
Theresa Metta, who travelled to Las Vegas with her mother, told 8NewsNow that the event lacked the promised mini-games, meet and greets, photo opportunities, and themed drinks.
Instead, Metta said she waited in her room for two days and received only a box of chocolates.
Other attendees reported receiving t-shirts in incorrect sizes, which they said were available online for just USD 9.
One TikTok user accused the hotel and Donaldson of false advertising, calling the event a "horrible" experience.
The event has since been removed from the Resorts World Las Vegas website.
