Sony Launches New WH-CH710N ANC Headphones For Under S$300

ANC headphones typically don’t come cheap. They can range anywhere from over S$300 to almost S$700. But Sony has launched their newest WH-CH710N wireless headphones that boast ANC for just S$249.

With two microphones for both feed-forward and feed-back, 35 hours of playback on a single charge and convenient NFC pairing, this headphone also looks like the younger brother of the excellent WH-1000XM3 noise-cancelling headphones from Sony.

Compared to the WH-1000XM3’s pricetag of S$549, this is definitely a much more affordable alternative if you’re on the lookout for ANC headphones.

That’s not all though, Sony has also announced their new WF-XB700 true wireless earphones. It’s part of Sony’s EXTRA BASS lineup, which means you can expect good low-end performance. These come with 9 hours of battery life in the buds and up to 18 hours with the charging case, and IPX4 water resistance so it’s able to be used when exercising as well.

A single extra charge in the case is a bit disappointing, but the case does look relatively small, so perhaps it was a tradeoff between weight, size and battery capacity.

More information about the WF-XB700 and WH-CH710N can be found on Sony’s website. Both products will be available soon on Sony’s Lazada online shop.
