Singapore 100 Women in Tech 2025 Now Accepting Nominations
Lynette Tan. Ngiam Le Na. Leanne Robers. What do these three names have in common?

They’re all honourees of the Singapore 100 Women in Tech list (SG100WIT) – a list that recognises female trailblazers in the tech industry who are not only breaking barriers but also playing pivotal roles in shaping its future.
Lynette Tan is the CEO and Chairwoman of Space Faculty; Ngiam Le Na is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Operations at DSO National Laboratories; and Leanne Robers is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of She Loves Tech.
More women will soon join them, with the Singapore Computer Society (SCS), in partnership with the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), this week announcing that nominations are now being accepted for the fourth edition of the SG100WIT.
Through this initiative, the SCS and IMDA hope to inspire more women to pursue and advance their careers in tech, as well as help nurture young talents in science, tech, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
With the theme “Empowering Yourself, Inspiring Others”, this year’s list will once again celebrate 100 outstanding women across two categories: Professional and Girls in Tech.
The Professional category recognises trailblazers who drive innovation, business impact, and gender diversity in tech, while the “Girls in Tech” category recognises female students aged 13 above who excel in STEM and use tech to impact their communities.

Nominations are open from 17 March 2025 to 30 April 2025. Individuals and corporations can submit their nominations through this link.
The judging panel, which comprises both men and women from academia, industry, and business leaders in Singapore, will review the nominations. Then, the selected 100 honourees will be celebrated at a special ceremony in August 2025 and featured in a series of events designed to inspire and empower future generations of women in tech.
This year’s SG100WIT list builds on the success of 2023’s, which saw a record 800 nominations. It also marks a significant milestone as it coincides with Singapore’s 60th birthday in 2025.
“We are proud to champion an initiative that celebrates and empowers women in tech,” said Tan Lee Chew, President of Women in Tech Chapter at SCS and President, Smart City & Digital Solutions at ST Engineering. “By showcasing the stories of these trailblazers, we know we will inspire future leaders, break barriers, and shape the technology landscape of tomorrow.”
“The rise in nominations over the years is a testament to the growing influence of women in the industry, and as we celebrate SG60, let’s continue to accelerate progress towards a more gender-diverse and dynamic tech workforce,” she added.
