TCL Unveils QM7K Mini LED TV Series With Bang & Olufsen Sound
TCL has introduced its latest high-performance Mini LED TV range, the QM7K series, featuring advanced display technology and premium audio from Bang & Olufsen.
The QM7K series is equipped with Mini LED lighting and TCL’s Halo Control System, designed to enhance contrast and brightness. The TVs feature a super high-efficiency LED chip and a Super Condensed Micro Lens for precise light control. The Micro OD technology reduces haloing effects and improves clarity between bright and dark areas.
The backlighting system includes up to 2,800 local dimming zones, depending on screen size, and delivers a peak brightness of up to 3,000 nits. A 23-bit Backlight Controller further refines light precision, while the Zero-Delay Transient Response panel minimises lag and after-image blur.
TCL’s Dynamic Light Algorithm converts standard dynamic range (SDR) content into high dynamic range (HDR)-like visuals. The TVs also feature a High Contrast, anti-reflective CSOT HVA panel with Quantum Dot Mini LED backlighting, which enhances black levels and contrast. TCL claims this results in five times better native contrast than its competitors.
The QM7K series supports HDR10+ and Dolby Vision formats and covers up to 97% of the DCI-P3 colour spectrum. It also includes a new Colour Optimisation Algorithm for improved colour accuracy.
Designed for gaming as well as home entertainment, the QM7K series features a 144Hz native refresh rate, Game Accelerator 288 technology, and variable refresh rate support, including AMD FreeSync Premium Pro certification. A dedicated gaming menu screen provides additional customisation options.
The QM7K series is available in screen sizes ranging from 55 inches to 115 inches. The 55-inch model is priced at USD 1,299.99, the 65-inch at USD 1,499.99, the 75-inch at USD 1,999.99, the 85-inch at USD 2,499.99, the 98-inch at USD 3,999.99, and the 115-inch at USD 19,999. The 55, 65, 75, and 85-inch models are available now on TCL’s website, while the 98-inch and 115-inch models will be released soon.
